I had a goal in mind for a long time - to start my own side business. But, self-doubt and fear had prevented me from pursuing her dream for years. As I was contemplating, there was a moment in my life where I realized that if I don't start now, I will forever regret it. That’s when I told myself that no matter what, I will never give up on fulfilling my dreams.

Don’t be afraid to speak your mind

I had a fear of clashing with people and ended up suppressing a lot of myself and that started to affect my personal life. So when I made the promise to not be afraid, I pushed myself to be more assertive and show more of myself. I was able to communicate more effectively and my relationships grew stronger.
